Before launching his own practice, and then joining forces with MBO Partners, Frank Sunder, the principal, held a variety of marketing and other business management positions within the technology services industry for more than 20 years.

He successfully developed and launched internet-based new products, along with delivering web-based marketing and sales tools.

Prior to that, Sunder worked in Europe and managed the changeover from a discontinued service to a new one while retaining 75% of the customer base.

He works from new product development and launch through web-based marketing and sales tools.

He is also adept at designing, formulating and leading diverse global and virtual teams to deliver commitments to customers.
