WANTED:
A part-time, contract position two middle days a week either in Manhattan, NYC, or within a reasonable commuting distance of the Central Jersey Shore, with a growing firm, preferably in a service- (vs. product-) oriented business.
I'm also willing to consider other geographies on a teleworking/virtual office basis.
DISTINCT ASSETS/ADVANTAGES - WHAT I BRING TO THE TABLE:
My unique business model: I come with my own "Personal (W2) Employer of Record (PER)."
You don't have to put me on your payroll, with all the cost and administrative paperwork that that entails. So, you wouldn't be carrying me as an employee.
Yet, you're fully protected from any risk vs. directly engaging me as an independent consultant.
Through my PER/other:
> All appropriate payroll taxes are withheld/end-of-year W2 is issued
> I come with my own liability/etc. insurance
> I come with my own medical insurance
> You would receive well-itemized invoices for all projects, conveniently by email or fax
> And you would be able to easily pay either electronically or by check.
